ITIL® 4 Foundation

The ITIL 4 Foundation course is the entry level course for certification in IT Service Management (ITSM). This course covers the latest version (4 released 2019) of ITIL®. ITIL has led the IT Service Management (ITSM) industry with guidance, training and certification programs for over 30 years. ITIL 4 brings ITIL up to date in 2019 by re-shaping much of the established ITSM practices in the wider context of customer experience, value streams, and digital transformation, as well as embracing new ways of working, such as Lean, Agile, and DevOps. The key components of the ITIL 4 framework are the Service Value System and the Four Dimensions model.

CompTIA Security+

The Official CompTIA Security+ Instructor and Student Guides teach students the knowledge and skills required to assess the security posture of an enterprise environment and recommend and implement appropriate security solutions; monitor and secure hybrid environments, including cloud, mobile, and IoT; operate with an awareness of applicable regulations and policies, including principles of governance, risk, and compliance; identify, analyze, and respond to security events and incidents; and to take the CompTIA Security+ certification exam.

CISSP

This is a 5-day learner-centered Instructor-Lead Training (ILT) CISSP Preparation. Our goal to provide you with practical knowledge you can actually use in your profession together while enhancing your proficient in security principles, concept and frameworks. We are not only enabling you to experience the real-world skills, but also preparing you for the Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP®) certification, the premier security certification created and administered by the International Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2).

CCNA

This training teaches you how to install, operate, configure, and verify a basic IPv4 and IPv6 network, configure network components, such as switches, routers, and wireless local area network (LAN) controllers (WLNs), manage network devices, and identify basic security threats. This training also covers the introduction of AI and machine learning (ML) in network operations. This Learning Path prepares you for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (200-301 CCNA) v1.1 exam. If passed, you earn your CCNA certification.
