Thai Massage

In essence, Thai massage involves being gently moved into yoga-like positions whilst lying down on a padded floor mat. Using hands and feet, the therapist follows energy lines in the body and applies pressure with rhythmic movements too. A 90-minute or 2-hour massage is highly recommended for a full-body treatment.

Oil Massage

Aromatherapy massage is used for a variety of different reasons, including relaxation, pain management, and improved mood. These are also some of the basic benefits of massage therapy. Adding essential oils is thought to enhance such benefits.

Coconut Oil Massage

Massage therapy has a number of health benefits in itself, coconut oil makes it extra special. Coconut oil contains antioxidants, antiviral, and antibacterial properties. It is an excellent moisturizer for the skin and hair. Coconut oil keeps your skin rejuvenated, young and healthy. The antioxidants in coconut oil are great for fighting wrinkles and acne.

Deep Tissue Massage

As it's name suggests, deep-tissue massage aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of muscle tissue and fascia. As such, it uses more intense kneading techniques than Swedish. Try it if: you suffer from chronic aches and pains or want more pressure than classic Swedish massage offers.
