[攬才團 Talent Recruiting Mission] 

自92年起，經濟部每年籌組海外攬才團，至105年止已累計協助我國企業延攬海外科技人才 7,223人，並與超過50個國外知名學府及社團簽署攬才合作備忘錄(MOU)。經濟部每年除籌組日本團外，亦組團至美國、東協、印度等國家，藉由建構企業與人才之媒合平臺，以協助企業延攬海外高階人才。

[僑外生在臺就業媒合會 One-on-One Employment Meetings]

鑒於在臺僑外生熟悉臺灣及母國之語言、文化，可為我國企業海外市場布局擔任橋樑角色，爰此經濟部自101年起委託外貿協會在臺辦理僑外生就業媒合會，迄今已協助廠商聘僱在臺僑外生計1,047人，每年辦理數場僑外生在臺就業媒合會，藉由建構企業與人才之媒合平臺，以協助企業延攬布局所需之人才。
