Since 1991楊媽媽為貼補家用遂至姻親「三姐妹阿給」淡水老店學習阿給的製作。20多年來從無名小店到「楊媽媽小食堂」，不變的是楊媽媽堅持品質與用心經營的理念，也是許多老主顧記憶中的好味道，與令異鄉遊子們懷念ㄟ滋味。 In 1991, to supplement the family income, Mama Yang went to work in Three Sister's Agei Tamsui Old Shop owned by her relatives to learn how to make Agei. For twenty years, her original small shop became well known as Mama Yang's Little Eatery. To this day, Mama Yang still takes great care to ensure the quality and the taste of Agei. Many customers who have tasted Agei praise it's original and authentic taste, bringing them back to the old days! 楊さんは、1991年から家庭の経済状況を改善させようと、淡水の老舗である「三姉妹の阿給」で春雨入りの厚揚げの製作を学びました。20数年来、無名の小さい店から「お母さんの小さい食堂」まで発展してきました。楊さんは、品質と経営理念を堅持し続け、たくさんの馴染みのお客様の記憶の思い出の味となり、それは異郷の旅人にとっても、懐かしい味となるのです。
