This innovative Professional Thai Cooking course has been created by expert Thai Chefs and is taught in the same way that French cuisine is: using the Watch, Learn & Do method, where students observe a Thai cooking demonstration by our expert Chefs, followed by hands-on practice in our practical kitchens for each and every recipe.
The 9-month curriculum of the French ‘Classic Cycle Programme’ have been designed for students who seek to learn the fundamental skills, techniques and recipes of French culinary arts. It is a perfect way to learn new cooking techniques with our unique hands-on style education taught by world-class chefs. The courses are taught in English with a Thai translation for Thai students.
The training sessions are held in small groups in modern demonstration and practical kitchens where chefs provide personal instruction and feedback to all our students. Apart from teaching all the classic French pastries, the course also encourages students to develop their creativity through the creation and design of chocolate and sugar showpieces at Superior level.
The school offers a unique course for bread lovers called "The Art of Bakery", a 240-hours professional bakery course designed for both aspiring bakery professionals and passionate baking enthusiasts, covering essential skills for a successful career in baking. Students will learn to create a variety of baked goods, including classic French and international breads, as well as bakery items like croissants and danishes
e Cordon Bleu London's Diplomas in Plant-Based Culinary Arts focus on crafting excellent dishes solely from plants, providing a creative repertoire of product knowledge, skills and recipes. Within the programmes students explore a wide range of vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, grains and pulses, gaining expert knowledge on ingredient varieties and innovative culinary uses. Both diplomas have been designed to provide specialised culinary education for the growing demand for vegan, vegetarian and plant-based restaurants and products.
