เพราะเราอยากให้แขกผู้มาพักรู้สึกผ่อนคลายอย่างเต็มที่โดยได้สัมผัสกับธรรมชาติที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ของเมืองเชียงใหม่ ความรู้สึกผ่อนคลายจะทำให้แขกผู้มาเยือนรู้สึกเหมือนได้พักเต็มที่ และกลับมากระปรี้กระเปร่าอีกครั้งเมื่อกลับไปใช้ชีวิตตามปกติ  เราจึงเลือกที่จะขยับออกมาจากตัวเมืองเชียงใหม่ที่แออัดเล็กน้อย โดยเน้นหาทำเลที่เงียบสงบ พร้อมกับวิวภูเขาซึ่งเป็นจุดเด่นของตัวเมืองเชียงใหม่ และถึงแม้โรงแรมของเราจะห่างออกมาจากตัวเมืองเล็กน้อย การเดินทางเข้าไปในตัวเมือง สู่จุดท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นศูนย์การค้าเมญ่า หรือถนนนิมมานเหมินทร์นั้นง่ายและใช้เวลาแค่ 5-10 นาที เนื่องจากเชียงใหม่เป็นเมืองที่เล็กและสภาพการจราจรนั้นถือว่าดีกว่ากรุงเทพมหานคร  อาคาร 4 ชั้นของเรานั้นถูกออกแบบมาให้ตอบสนองเป้าหมายของเราเช่นกัน ห้องทุกห้องนั้นถูกตกแต่งด้วยกระจกใสแผ่นใหญ่ที่ช่วยให้แสงธรรมชาติผ่านเข้ามาได้อย่างดี พื้นที่ส่วนกลางเช่นโซนล็อบบี้และทางเดินถูกออกแบบมาให้รู้สึกโปร่งโล่ง และสุดท้าย ดาดฟ้าแบบเปิดโล่งของเรานั้นเหมาะสำหรับการนั่งเล่น อ่านหนังสือ และรับลมภูเขาโดยเฉพาะช่วงฤดูหนาวนี้
