はじめて、当院は完全予約制となっておりますので、メッセージで空き時間の確認と予約をして下さい。
施術料は以下の通りです。
マッサージ　¥3,300/30分（税込）
¥4,400/40分（税込）
　　　　　 ¥5:500/50分（税込）
¥6:600/60分（税込）
鍼灸　初回 ¥5:500（税込）1症状1部位まで、2回目以降　¥4,400（税込）1症状1部位まで。
学生（高校生まで）は、初回￥3,850（税込）1症状1部位まで。2回目以降￥1,,870（税込）1症状1部位まで
保険適用（療養費）による施術も行っております。
医師の同意書を取得した場合の保険適用料金は、はり・きゅうが10割負担で￥1.640です。

一人で歩くことが困難な方は、医師の同意書があれば、保険適用で出張施術を受けることができます。

If you can get doctor's permission sheet about 6 symptoms( nerve pain, frozen shoulder, lower back pain , etc.), you can use Japanese health insurance. Feel free to ask me if you have any questions about it.
You can choose home service too and if you can't walk by yourself well and your doctor recognize it, you can have home service under Japanese health insurance.
