西元1950年，在南台灣的岡山小鎮，明德先生以手工釀起第一缸醬開始，就確立了台灣豆瓣醬的原創風味，香醇豆瓣香味傳遍台灣大街小巷，老家阿嬤的灶腳總有一罐老醬，用幸福美味牽動全家人的心，連海外的異鄉遊子也念念不忘的家鄉味。

1950, in the small town named Kang Shan of southern Taiwan, the very first pot of hot bean paste was created by the Mr. Liu Ming-Teh, establishing the original flavor of Taiwanese style hot bean paste.
