We connect Creatives (photographers, filmmakers, agencies) with Hosts who own shoot-ready locations.ACreatives pay a service fee plus payment fees. Hosts have 10% deducted from payouts. Service fees and payment fees are non-refundable. VAT applies where required.
AYes. Free cancellation applies within 24 hours of confirmation if the shoot is over 7 days away. Other cancellations follow tiered refund rules.
